92' Civic Failed Smog Check, need HELP!
 Here are the ASM Emission Test results:15mph co2=14.4 o2=.1 hc=57 co=.18 no=1010 25mph co2=14.4 02=.1 hc=112 co=.17 no=903 I really need to get my car fixed, so if anybody can give me suggestions on why my no reading is so high and what I need to replace I would really appreciate it. I assume no check engine light. Check your EGR port and valve for carbon clogging.

No check engine light on, I applied for the government help that it can get fixed. I am getting tired of waiting though, so all suggestions are welcome.
