Which fuse box do I need to go to? I have one under my hood and one under my steering wheel. I have a 2001 Honda Civic LX.

Driver side kick pannel to the left, the cover over the fuse box should tell you where every fuse is.But it's the Blue 15 Amp fuse for both the Lighter and Radio.It's top right hand side a couple over to the left on the main fuse board if I remember correctly. It's the only blue 15 amp one in the area other than the spare fuses on the extreme right
