Default 95 Civic won't start after warm-up

Hi this is my first post. I've looked around for some answers and got some that were close but weren't exactly what was wrong.

I have a 91 si civic with a Z6 turbo swap from my 95 ex. The car was running fine for awhile and still does when it starts. The car will start fine if it's cold but after you start the car and let it run at least few minutes and shut it off, it won't start again for another 2-3hours plus. Also I have a cooling problem where the coolant goes past the radiator cap into the overflow and then boils out.
I've replaced the radiator cap and the radiator with a full alluminum radiator. Silll have the same cooling problem.
I thought from doing some research that maybe the Idle air control was causing both problems. Obviously I'm not sure. Maybe also the Main relay for the starting problem. PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!
