Not likely. They are basically the same vehicle. Don't forget the EPA changed the mileage calculation so you cant compare those. The HP rating was also changed since some companies tweaked the ratings.Real world mileage is probably about the same. The engines and vehicle weight is the same.2005 - 255hp 3.5 V6, ~4,400 lbs, 17/22 (awd)2008 - 244hp 3.5 V6, ~4,350 lbs, 16/22 (2wd) & 15/20 (awd)
