There are a lot of ways you can "upgrade" your Honda depending on what you want to do. You can buy body kits, interior pieces, seats, performance upgrades, engine detailing, etc... It all depends on what you want to do and how much money you have to spend.

get the 99-00 si lip. make sure it's not the cheap 'type r' replica. get the rear lip too if possible. lower it with coilovers, then swap a b series motor, headers, intake, exhaust. you'll have a nice clean civic that looks like an si and decent power.
