hey guys

i've only had my civic for 2 weeks and now going on the 3rd week and recently installed a sub to my civic. But I forgot to install a switch to it to turn off/on the electric flow from the amp. 3 days later I went to check my car to see how much fuel I had and nothing wanted to show up when I turned the key. So i'm wondering if the amp sucked all the juice from the batt and yes stupid me I forgot to pull the fuse out from the wire connected from batt to amp whenever i turn the car off. so i'm wondering if it would be a good idea to try and jump start the car and leave it running for 30mins and than turn it off and start it up again later in the day or would I be required to buy a new battery?
I've also disconnected everything and stuck the key in and turned it to the first option before the start mode but nothing showed up.

what would be some options here?
