I have a 2003 Honda Accord Coupe EX and the remote trunk release stopped working on my key. I tried another key and it didn't work either. I can open the trunk with the lever by the drivers seat. And if I hold my ear up the the trunk release I can hear a faint clicking when I click the button on my key. I heard that it might be the actuator, but I can't find a replacement anywhere online. Any help would be appreciated.

Before you look to get a replacement, open the trunk manually and check to see if there is a red or yellow piece right next to the part of the trunk that releases (on the part that swings up). If there is try pushing it to the left or the right. The same thing happened to be on my girlfriend's Mazda 3. I thought it was broken, but it turns out the swich was moved. The switches are there for security reasons (valet, etc).
