Default about how much horsepower will i gain if i replace the headers?

in my 1995 honda civic lx 1.5L non-VTEC D15B7 engine with racing headers?

with the stock exhaust not much get the full cat back and high flow catalytic convertor and you'll get more out of it and it'll sound a little bit better

not much on that engine!! You need to save your money and get a b16 A1 or a B18 integra Gsr motor!

1-2hp tops, I heard cool stickers will give you up to +5hp!

Probably tops at 7hp but depending on headers, it could lower your horses for your engine may not be suited with racing headers.

replacing the stock manifold with a header will do almost nothing by itself. the exhaust system is only as free-flowing as it's most constrictive part, so you have to do it all, header, race cat, muffler, 2-3 inch pipe, to see the intended horsepower gain. maybe a more relevant question you should be asking is: is this motor really worth tuning?
