Default I have a honda civic 99 and nt sure if i need a whole rack Pinon?

ok this is the deal ,my car leaking oil, BUT drives fine and makes no hard turns or noises, and I was just wanted to know if i could REPLACE the tornboot.or bushing. instead of 390.00 for a torn boot

the boot is really just to keep debris out of the rack; it wont keep fluid from coming out. If it is leaking it will need to be replaced.
