Default 01 civic timing belt change gone bad!

I have a 01 Honda Civic LX 4 door with 97500 miles. I had a local shop replace the timing belt and water pump with factory parts. After picking the car up, I accelerate and the CEL comes on and the car goes into limp mode. The code is TDC Sensor, I took it back to the shop and they replaced the TDC Sensor and rechecked the timing at TDC and all marks lined up. Needless to say it is still running as is, it will running fine as long as I don't get into it too hard. The second I step on the gas it goes into limp mode and the same code. I am ready to take it to the dealer today and am hoping to get some help here before I go.
Please help!!!
