i need window fixed for inspection soon-wont stay up off track or something. Man told me regulator 150 bucks but WHOLE door in junk yard off a car with manual windows much cheaper than that.Would this mess up other electric windows? I dont care about electric mirrors but door does have switches for all other windows on it as well as those doors?. Also paint is crappy dont care about mismatch. Not very mechanical any help greatly appreciated!!!!!!

You can do it, But your other windows may not work. Because main switch is in old door that you would be removing. If you are going to switch regulators from one door to the other, it may or may not work because you may have to make a hole in door frame for your harness to go through, and the inside door frame may be slightly different. If you just need to pass inspection and don't care whether your other windows work, then by all means switch the doors. After you pass inspection, then you can mess around trying to move regulators around, ONLY remove what you have to ,to get the door off, you'll need the other for comparison. GOOD LUCK

You just answered your own question, go to a junk yard and buy the door. It is a 15 minute job to replace the door, in the mean time, have the other door looked at, or maybe you can fix it your self and save your self some money. I love junk yards, you can learn a lot about a car and how to fix them.
