Default At what speed do the fuel injectors shut off for a 02 Civic?

Just wondering at what speed do they turn off. Also, what year did they start putting the 130mph speed limiter in? Thanks!!!!

it's not the speed but the rpm. if you reach the rpm red zone, ecu commands injectors to shut to prevent engine damage. You can alter this by reprogramming the ecu.
