Default 2008 civic paint peel

We leased a 2008 Civic in March. We just got home to Winnipeg from a trip to Calgary. My wife washed the car at a car wash yesterday and paint started peeling from the driver's side mirror and the front bumper in two places.

Dealer says stone chips - not likely our problem but we'll take a look.

We have a 1992 Mazda Protege and a 2001 Mazda 626 that both get washed at the same car wash without incident.

Has anyone else had this problem with a 2008 this quickly?? Love the car but guess we should have stuck with Mazda.
