Default 97 Civic Radio Removal?

Hey guys, first post. I'm actually a Mod over at (not that it means anything).

I'm trying to put a new radio in my son's 97 civic and for the life of me can't figure out how to get the center faceplate off to get the radio out.

Default Re: 97 Civic Radio Removal?

Nevermind, I found the instructions for it at The Install Doctor - The Do-It-Yourself Car Stereo Installation Resource , apparently this isn't getting installed until Saturday. LOL Says that you have to remove the entire bottom part of the dash on both side just to get the radio out!

Thanks anyway
