Yes. The ABS was standard on the EX models in 2001. It was not available on the LX. All U.S. Civic EX models from 2001 up have ABS. The EX and LXmodels sold in Canada have ABS for all years from 2001 up.You;ll know for sure if you turn the ignition key to the ON postiion and look at the warning lights on the instrument panel. Vehicles equipped with ABS will have a yellow ABS light that comes on and stays on for about 7 seconds while the ABS system does a self checkhope that helps
