Default No fire 1989 Honda CRX

When I bought the car it needed a fuel pump, but it would run off of starter fluid. I replaced the fuel pump, and now it has no fire. It has a new cap and rotar. Im not sure how to test the distributor, or how to test the wiring to the distributor. Any help would be great. Thank you.
