Default How can i adjust the parking brake on a 1994 Honda Accord?

it's a 5 speed manual.

jack the car up with a bumper jack and make sure both front wheels are off the ground, and get under the car and there is a cable running from the e- brake to the rear brakes, somewhere in between that you'll see an adjustment.

you want the rears jacked up off the ground and the cable adjustment is inside, youll need to remove the center console to get to it. then you turn the nuts to loosen or tighten the cable

it could be that ur brakes are bad. my e brake was so loose it didnt do anything but the regular brakes were fine but i had the back brakes changed out and the ebrake worked more than neccisary
