Default Does it matter where a Honda Civic or Accord is built in terms of quality?

I am looking into buying a new Honda - either a Civic or an Accord. When searching the inventory of my local dealers, I notice that the Civics are either built in the USA or Canada while the Accords are either built in the USA or Japan. Does anyone know if there are quality differences between the three countries? I've heard that if you buy a Volkswagen built in Mexico, you're more likely to have problems with it than with one built in Germany. I haven't heard anything similar with Honda, but I wanted to see if anyone had.FYI, you can tell country of origin by the first digit of the VIN: 1=USA, 2=Canada, 3=Mexico, J=Japan, W=Germany.
