Default I ordered an idol air control valve from Honda parts and it is the wrong part for my car. ...

...they want to charge me the stocking fee. What are some good arguments against that

If it is the wrong part for your vehicle then it would be their mistake but if you just ordered it yourself then you will need to pay the restocking fee..........................

Depends on whether you ordered the wrong part, or if they got you the wrong part. If you ordered the correct part and they got you the wrong one they can't charge you. If you ordered the incorrect part and they got the part you asked for then you are SOL!

no good arguments...I've been in inventory control for 20 years and it costs us money to take it back. I've seen many people ordering things that they are not sure that they need and just order it to compare it and go back and forth many times. The restocking fee discourages that. And more often they can not sell the part as new so they need to get their money somewhere. And yes I agree with it. There are no good grounds against it.

if they ordered it then it's their problem not yours but if your gave them the wrong part or number to order then they can charge you a restock fee you could take a the owner or manager and see if the could wave fee
