Default ok now im getting aggrivated

I cleaned the IACV
I blead the coolant...I think...(there is a little screw like thing that lets the coolent out) I loosened it a lil bit and collant ran out then tighten it back up i would start it for a few seconds and then loosen it up again and i could hear air like being pushed out so i did this for about 15 minutes.

It got better it started idling right for about 4 seconds then it does it all over again. Its getting me aggrivated and Im not sure if i blead it right. Ive did a search and this is what it says to do but im not 100% sure on how to do it so maybe someoby can explain it for me

Cool Re: ok now im getting aggrivated

Hey you might want to try this: park the car so the front end is higher than the back not much 4-6in. will do it,start the car and crack the bleeder just so a very small amount of coolant comes out, while its bleeding some coolant will leak out. When you get a steady stream of coolant with no bubbles it should be bled(BE CAREFUL NOT TO GET BURNED).

Do you have problems keeping the coolant level up ? Is it possible that you have a bad head gasket ? If your exhaust is blowing white smoke , I would hazzard to guess that this is the problem .

After re-reading your problem , I am trying to figure out what the concern actually is . If the car is not idling correctly , why are you bleeding the coolant? Is the only concern just the idle ? I will let you know , being a mechanic , that there is no such thing as too much information . And I will also let you know that I work on GM's , so I may not have an instant answer for you , but I figure that all engines run basically the same , so I just might be able to help you out .
