Default 96 Accord Shifting trouble

I have a 96 lx coupe with 200k, tonite i went for a drive and found that it took me a couple of tries to get into each gear, I stoped at a red light and even had to start off in 2nd because i could not shift into 1st. i drove around for a bit and it seemed to get easier to sgift but not much. it also seems that i may not have the pressure on my clutch pedal that i used to, PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!
