Default Need help Honda si?

I have a 07 Honda Civic Si, which mm is best for my car the 60mm or 70 mm Cat-Back Exhaust.

That would depend entirely on what other modifications have been performed to the vehicle. Ideally the best exhaust diameter is the one that generates the least amount of back pressure and maintains adequate exhaust scavenging.Though the above logic would tend to dictate a "bigger is better" philosophy, this is not always the case. If exhaust diameter is too large for a given application, then the escaping exhaust gases will cool too rapidly and lose velocity. The denser, slower moving gases will create a blockage for the hotter faster moving gases leaving the engine. The end result is a slight increase in back pressure, with a large amount of scavenging being lost. For your particular application, I'd choose the 60mm. Should your vehicle be modified to an extent that greater exhaust flow is required (forced induction/nitrous), then the 70mm would come into play.
