Post '01 Honda CR-V LX 4WD 90K mi service

I have a 2001 Honda CR-V LX 4WD with 90K miles. It is my fiances daily driver. According to the O.M. it suggests the following for service:
1 - replace coolant
2 - replace spark plugs
3 - inspect/adjust drive belts
4 - replace rear differential fluid
5 - replace brake fluid
6 - check parking brake adjustment
7 - replace A/C filter
8 - replace automatic transmission fluid
Note: Things not listed I've done or done recently (tire rotation, oil/filter change).

I am not experienced with engines but am trying to learn and save money/etc. As far as experience I have now, I've changed the oil/filter 10+ times, replaced a CAI, installed bolt-on hitch, replaced battery, replaced windshield wipers (jk ), bled brakes at caliper (have NOT replaced fluid from master cylinder).

The point - please don't reply as if you're talking to Mr. Goodwrench...

Now for the questions...

1 (replace coolant)
- Do I need to flush the coolant or just drain and refill?
- Where is the drain on the engine block for the coolant? Will I need any special tools/extensions to reach it?
- If flushing the system, do I really need to: (a) remove the thermostat from the housing, (b) replace the cover without the thermo., (c) flush with a garden hose, (d) and then reinstall the thermo. inside the housing afterwards [a-d from Haynes Manual]?

2 (replace spark plugs)
- Do I need to adjust the plug gaps which I get from the Honda dealer before install or can I just cram them in there...? JK I'll torque them in there appropriately of course...after I cram them in there.

3 (inspect/adjust drive belts)
- suggestions/hints/etc.?

4 (replace rear differential fluid)
- Which bolt is the drain plug?
- Where do I refill the new fluid?

5 (replace brake fluid)
- Should I replace the filter, too, or just drain/rinse it?

6 (check parking brake adjustment)
- The brake light on the dashboard comes on especially in cold weather and goes away, especially recently (late winter in Ohio...35 degrees today, 60 tomorrow, 35 the next day...). It's been off the last month or so but was on often in the dead of winter.

7 (replace A/C filter)
- I can't find any information on this filter in the Haynes!

8 (replace automatic transmission fluid)
- This 90K mile interval is more for severe driving conditions than normal. Normal falls around 120K miles or so (I think).
- Which bolt is the drain plug?
- I believe automatic transmissions have a fill hole where the tranny dipstick inserts into (to the left of the engine when in front of the car).

Are there any other suggestions on other maintenance I should perform? I decide on whether to do the work myself based on how much I'll save and whether I trust my amateur "skills".

Thanks for the assistance!
