thinking you can get another 50k to get you to 200k but another 100k might be pushing it once the Transmission was rebuilt ...I had a 94 civic ex with a rebuilt transmission at 110k and got it to about 167k before i began feelin it was not safe or in decent condition to drive.

you may have been cheated, what was your trans doing when it quit working. hondas generly drive over 250,000 miles if u change oil regular.

You should be able to get another 100k to 175k on it. You won't need a transmission flush because flushing and refilling your transmission is already part of the job when dealing with transmission repairs - most likely your trans fluid has already been flushed and replaced.Your next transmission fluid change should be in the next 90,000 miles. To get your transmission to last longer- use your clutch less often; use when necessary- avoid grinding and using excessive force to get your stick shift into gear- drive light; don't haul very heavy items- don't rev up high and release the clutch from a stop.- avoid exceeding 6000 rpm on your guageKeep up with your maintenance schedule.Good luck!
