Default 91 Honda Accord - WHAT IS CATA?

I'm finding adjustment specs, with and without CATA.Catalytic Adaptor? Just once, they should spell out the acronym.

Catalytic converter. Im assuming its carbureted. Its asking cause your cat would clean up alot of the emissions and wouldnt give an accurate measurement if you were tuning it using a gas analyzer
