I put 18" rims on my '03 Accord. They look awesome, but it's a bumpy ride!! If you want a ride quality similar to stock, get 17" rims with a higher profile tire. If you want that killer look get 18's, with low profile tires. What ever size you get, make sure the width of the rims are 7.5" or less, that way your tires don't have to be 225mm wide (they stick out). I have 8" wide rims and they stick out a bit, and the tires wear differently, because the '03 wheel wells are not as deep as the new ones. Hope this helps.
