Default i-vtech

Hello everyone.
I have a question about when the i-vtech was introduced on the Accords EX. i am trying to buy an 03 accord and wanted to make sure that 03 is not the first year that the ivtech was introduced. also, i know honda's are reliable in all ways but anyone has any negative feebacks on the 4 cylinder 2003 Accord EX?

Thanks Fellas
