i have a 93 civic ex 1.6l sohc v-tec i want to get like 18 psi..do they sell heads already built or would i need to build it myself and were can i order the parts?any info helps..

To run that psi, you're going to have to rebuild the bottom end of your engine. Rods, wrist pins, bearings and low compression pistons, and new piston rings. You might have to bore the cylinders to get a better surface. You will also have to beef up your fuel system to deliver enough fuel for 18 psi. Fuel pump, injectors, etc.
