Default what do i need to put a turbo on my honda civic?

i have a 93 civic ex 1.6l sohc v-tec i want to get like 18 psi..do they sell heads already built or would i need to build it myself and were can i order the parts?any info helps..

To run that psi, you're going to have to rebuild the bottom end of your engine. Rods, wrist pins, bearings and low compression pistons, and new piston rings. You might have to bore the cylinders to get a better surface. You will also have to beef up your fuel system to deliver enough fuel for 18 psi. Fuel pump, injectors, etc.

you got to build them you can get them at full race any were they sell turbos

18 psi is a lot of boost. too bad you have the sohc setup cuz the dohc can take 9 psi with no modification

dang you really want to go fast, but could you get a different turbo something that you dont have to modifi the engine. but it up to you its going to be exspensive. hope this helps
