Default 99 Honda Civic LX. Central Locking is not working

Last month I bought a 99 Honda Civic LX with 94k Miles. From then the Central Locking is not working. With the Key I can only open the driver's door. But other 3 doors, I have to open manually. The Central Locking Switch is also not working in the driver's door. It is a pain.

Could anybody help me regrading this like what can be the problem and how much it will cost to fix the problem from the Honda Dealer.
