Default Honda civics?
when people say you lost low end power, does that mean, is it in all the gears or what, i realy dont know bout cars. lol

Power on the low end is power from a standing or slow start, like when you are just moving off or going slow

yeah. for example people that put the big cannister exhausts on their civics. Your actually losing a lot of low end power in exchange for high end power. So really what you are doing is trading Torque (Low End Power) for Horsepower (High End Power)

maybe they're referring to all hondas, which have no power at any time.
