Do anyone know where to find Honda's human resource policy or handbook?

If you're looking for the corporate HR policies I'm sure you'll find them only to be accessible to employees of Honda. If they are like most large companies they will be accessible through the corporate intranet and that is user name and password protected so that only employees can get to that site.If you are asking about a dealership's HR policies and guides then you need to know that each dealership is indendently owned and operated and that each dealership is responsible individually for complying with all of the employment and anti-descrimination laws in its State as well as the Federal laws.You can go to www.honda.com and do a search of the site to see if they have any information on compliance but I'm sure you will have to be an employee to get access to the HR p&p manual. You might use the "contact us" feature of that website to ask them if you can get a copy. you never know until y ou ask.hope that helps
