what parts do i need to change out to get rid of all the wear and tear of mileage? i know about the pistons. but what else? if you could please help me, i would be thankful. by the way i have a 1999 accord 2.3L vtec it has about 121,000 miles. And if there is a way to get more horses out of it at the same time, that would be even better.
