Default Upgrade from H-Rated tires to possibly T- or Z-rated tires?

I have standard GoodYear Eagle RS-A 89H rated tires on my 2007 Honda Civic LX, and I was wondering if it is possible to "upgrade" to T-rated tires for more performance as well as strong grip in the rain. I am looking at Yokohamas, Toyo, and possibly Pirellis.Any suggestions?

you can always upgrade the speed rating but never go below what the vehicle is rated for. and a tire is only as good as the vehicle and the person driving the vehicle. myself i like cooper and firestone/bridgestone tires

You sure can upgrade your tire rating. I have Toyo's on my '03 Accord for winter (with the stock rims) and Kumho's for the summer (with 18" rims). I love Toyo's, they have great grip on dry pavements, as well as wet and snowy roads. I find that Kumho's are really great tires for their low price! If you want Pirellis, I suggest the PZero, they are good tires, but kind of pricey. Hope this helps!

I just got some Bridgestone RE05A Pole Pos for my car (2002 RSX-S..I live in FL, rain central...) these tires GRIP and CORNER very well. (as did my previous Bridgestone Pole Pos 3's..no longer made)I find that Pirelli's don't do well on Honda's. (yes they're sticky, but they are noisy and don't corner well.)

Why waste money on high speed tires when you have an economy car?! Upgrade to a better car if you want performance.
