Guys,

Need some help. Got an Accord SE 2000, 92K miles. Couple of questions:

1) My driver's side power mirror was ripped off, got a replacement and as I was messing with the wires hooking up the new one, both power windows stopped working. Is this fuse related and if so, where is it and what's it listed as name-wise?

2) The SE was built in Japan, while the rest of the models for the 2000 model year was built in the US. I noticed that when purchasing replacement power mirrors, they designate USA built vs Japan built. What is the difference? The Japan built ones seem to cost more.

3) It is hard finding a used OEM mirror replacement in the same color. If I were to get a different color and paint just it the car color, what's the cost for painting just the mirror housing?

4) The last month or so, I've been getting this humming type noise coming from the engine. It doesn't change pitch but gets louder as I go faster. It seems like it is coming from behind the plate for the headers. Any ideas what it might be?
