u need to give more explanation on what the problem is dude. if the starter is turning over then u could have a weak battery or a weak starter, of the starter is not turning over but you hear a click when u turn the key and your battery is fine then you have a bad solanoid(spelling?) and need to replace it the whole started by the way. If one of those 2 things arent happening then idk what is going on.

I'm not sure why but Honda 4 cyl engines crank longer when it is really cold out. My 92 Accord does, and my 2000 Accord does, as well as my friends 2001 Accord. When it is really cold (below 0*) they will crank over slower to, but that is due to the oil being really thick because of the temp. I wouldn't worry about the coolant unless it looks dirty, or it has been a long time since you last flushed it. I believe 30,000 miles is the recommended interval for coolant. In my experiance changing spark plugs on time does help with starting. If you have platinum they are recommended at 100k, otherwise standard plugs are recommended at every 30,000 miles.
