i have a 2001 honda civic lx the engine code is and the D17A1 also what engine would be a good choice

a b-series will drop right in you will be able to use the same harness even and engine mounts except you have to wire in the vtec. a b-series with ecu trans and engine will cost you 2000 tops i just got a jdm h22 for my prelude and it costed around 2500 for engine and ecu
