is from a 99 honda accord i buy on a third owner and car came without owners manual also no code card

call the dealer with your VIN #. They can give it to you

call the honda dealership and give them that number and the will tell you the lock code

Just look inside the glove box lid. Most dealers will put a sticker in there that has a 5 digit number, that is your radio unlock code. No need to call the dealer. You just gotta know where to look
