where is the tranmission computer on a 91 accord?

Typically it's the same as the engine control unit (aka PCM, ECU). Located under the hood. Usually a small (6*6*2 inches) box, silver in color, with heat dissipation fins. 2 or 3 wire bundles connected to it.

YOUR TCM IS ON THE PASSENGER SIDE FLOOR, WHERE YOU WOULD PUT YOU FEET AT. PULL THE CARPET AND YOU WILL SEE A METAL PLATE HOLD DOWN BY 4, 10MM SCREWS THE SMALLER ONE IS THE TCM YOUR LOOKING FOR. THE ANOTHER ONE IS YOU ECU. YOU'LL SEE IT ...
