nor can i roll down the passenger side windows or the drivers rear window. the bulb it self is good, as is the fuse for that window. i, however, do not get any power to the fuse box for that circuit. i ask this question because i can not find my manual for the car, is there a common power line between the four circuits?

so you either need a bulb or a connection burned out....???

it should have a relay in the fuse box that is for your windows if there is not one in the fuse box under the dash look under the hood for a fuse box

The answers to your questions are specific to the design intent of the individual car manufacturers. If you are a member at your local library, you will find an excellent online trouble shooting repair manual for your specific needs. I use mine all the time.
