87 civic 1.5 needs carburetor adjustments
I rebuilt a 87 Honda civic for my kid, but it won't pass emissions testing...I have teched everything else ...so I think the carb need to be cleaned and adjusted. can these carbs be adjusted?...I'm haven't done a carb for sometime so any suggestions would be appreciated

yes it can be adjusted. my friend ships rebuild kits to his shop. he orders carburetor rebuild kit at site. just buy the best one.
