Coupe weighs less and its more sportier looking, but if your gonna carry people around often or you have a family then get a sedan.

I have never had an issue with coupes. 99 percent of the time, it is only my girlfriend and i driving- anyone else can pick the seat up and squeeze into the back as far as i am concerned. I would only get the sedan if you were purchasing this as a family car- which i would not use a Civic for. The Coupe is a beautiful car, go with that.

the only advantage of a coupe is style, the weight difference is only about 40 pounds according to honda. so if you dont need easy access to the rear seats, whether it be kids, cargo or pets go with the coupe if you think it looks better. i prefer the looks of the civic sedan.

I would go with the coupe because it looks better, lighter, smaller and sportier off the start. Coupes are good for people who drive by themselves, or with a friend. Also, they never gave me a problem, and I love 2 doors. The Sedan is a bit heavier because of extra length and doors; bigger. But however, since it's bigger you can carry more people. From a P.O.V from a person who owns an 07 civic EX coupe (me) i would say that this car is amazing to drive, and pretty fun to push once in a while to hear the VTEC. Of course i should of went with an Si, but whatever. The coupe is GREAT and pretty quick also. You will love it. So if you want to carry more than one person around, get the not so sporty sedan. If your like me, and just drive by myself or take a friend to lunch sometimes, get the coupe. For me, I would suggest the coupe. Happy Civic shopping, and I hope your happy with your choice because Civic's are great, fun, gas saving, pretty quick, cool, spory etc. cars.UNLESS...you want to go the crappy way and rice your car which i strongly reccomend not to do. Other than that, get the coupe if you drive by yourself or with a friend. Kudos.

Sedanthe body trim looks better than the coupemy brother-in-law used to have a coupe si and he traded it in for the sedan si because it looks better. from my point of view i do think the sedan is better looking than the coupe. plus its easier to get passengers in and out.

...all the things these people said, and also the fact that the '07ex coupe has the premium sound system that the '07ex sedan is lacking. for some reason honda decided that the sedan owners didn't want the nicer stereo. it seems odd, but that is one you can verify for yourself.

For the old 96 to 2000 models it didn't matter as both looked nice. But if I had to get an 08 Si I think the coupe is way ugly and the 4 door sedan is beautiful! On the 05 to 08's - the coupes are way ugly to me!
