I don't know why you'd want an H22 in a civic anyway but to each his own. Just make sure you have your suspension set up right. Your Brakes as well. Be aware that your car is going to be VERY nose heavy. I assume you have the tranny sorted out as well....

No the H22 tranny sits different and you need to convert it to the H22 shifter positon. The motor swap weighs about 100lbs its like carry a passenger why would you need to get better brakes and suspeison. http://www.honda-tech.com/zerothread/650329that is direct link to H22 swap in eg ek

You will need the shift linkage kit. It is about $500. Also do you have the motor mounts? $400, and the ability to move the fuel filter assembly over to accept where the throttle body now sits? and your car will now have some steering issues. it will feel like a bloated pig because of the engine. Should have got a B18C1!
