1. Take it to a shop and have the tires checked to see if they are in balance and have any abnormal wear. problem could be as simple as a tire out of balance or worse, worn front end parts.

Most likley its a bulge in one of your tires in the front of the car, at Can Rock Tire they will inspect and show you the bulge if they find one, and I would recomend they inspect for other damage, at least get alingment after new tires.
