Default What does HF stand for on Honda Civic CRX HF?

Dont say hatchback because all CRX's are hatchbacks. The reason I'm asking is because models with HF are rated for about 10 more MPG,With same 1.5L 5 engine and speed manual trans. These are early 90"s models.

The CRX HF was Hondas fuel friendly car. It only came in 1988-91 Model CRX HF 5-speed transmission with a 62HP 8Valve motor. Main 3reason why it gets great gas milege was its gearing very long to less aggessive accelration unlike the CRX Si. Also most of the drivers didnt drive the car hard Shifting before 3,000 RPM and the weight of the car is 1800lbs for 1988 model and I believe under 1950lbs for the rest.
