loss of power
1999 honda civic ex
when i start my car up and start driving it without letting it warm up for about 30 sec i loose power for about 2 sec once i hit 3500 rpms. and when i say loose power i mean i will start driving and if i keep steady on the gas peddle the rpms drop to 1000 rpms but if i give it more gas its fine...is this a fuel problem or something else...this only happens when i let the car sit for 5 or more minutes and then try to crank it and drive it or when i start it up for the first time in the day. help ....
