Default Paint fading from my Honda?

I have a silver '98 Honda Accord, and I've had it for about 2 years now. When I first bought it, there was no fading on the paint, and now the paint is fading on the trunk , roof and hood. It just recently started, and it seems to be fading faster and faster! I've noticed that this is common for older Honda Accords. Is there anything I can do to protect the paint, or should I get another coat of paint on it? Thanks in advance!

If you can get hold of any of this stuff and the fading is not too bad, this works a treat. http://www.autoglym.co.uk/enGB/produ...6VQ=GI&Range=1

are you refering to the Clear Coat dulling or chipping? I know this happened to my 93 Civic... if it's just dulling then buff it with some wax... I use Zymol.. it's the best thing I have used. Although there are people out ther that swear by Mothers... If the Coating is Peeling or chipping then it needs to be re aplied

lol well if you actually waxed the car regulaly then the paint would not fade and as far as it fading on the hood trunk and roof that is because those are the parts that get the most sunlight all you need to do is take your car to a detail shop and have them buff it then after they do wax it once every two weeks and it will stay looking good
