Default I bought a honda del sol with no engine, they pulled a fast one, should I be angry?

upon purchase I gave them $1,300 to put in a honda d16y8, I found out a few weeks later that they put in a D15B supposedly with 60,000 miles on it imported from japancan anyone with know how tell me if I should be angry?!from what I read the d15b is 130hp and 102torque the d1678 is 127hp and 108 torque, I am getting about 400 kilometers out of a tank of gas with the d15b, I decided on the d16y8 for fuel economy, so what should I be doing if anything?thanks in advance all-Chrisa performance car dealeriship and I have a written statement that all electric should be working (which they are not) and they will be installing a d16y8

If I had to ask somebody else for permission to be angry, I'd just choose to be happy in that situation. Unless you're the angry type, then you might be happier if you're angry.

If you have to pass emissions testing, then yes you should be mad. If everything isn't working properly, the you should be mad.You should at the very least call them about the electrical issues you're having and MAKE them fix it. If they refuse or try to charge you, or you do have to pass emissions testing, you need remind them of the written statement & then contact a lawyer if they don't work to solve the problems.
