Default Honda Civic 94 - Overheating

My car over heated last week, I was wondering what was up, because I had fixed everything on my car before when it over heated like 2 months ago due to the water pump breaking. I checked it out.. and the cooling system was clogged
now.. after I removed it.. I realized that there was some oil coming out of the last to thin tubes at the bottom of the cooling system... now I don't know if this is normal or not because the cooling system also had oil inside. What I need to know is if its normal for it to have oil? btw.. it was motor oil not transmission oil. Just incase the one that I have is similar to this one...
