What are the common problems of this car?

You are the second person to ask this question in the past 24 hours. Sounds like there is a bit of interest in used CR-V's. Yes, the CR-V is a good vehicle as long as the previous owner(s) took reasonable care of it. The fit and finish is superior to many of the other small suv's. The Toyota RAV is also a good vehicle to buy second hand.

Honda CR-V is awesome... what is the year and how many miles on it? there is no way to know for 100% sure that a person took good care of the car.. short of Maintenance records or an engine tear down... The B20 is a strong little engine and the all wheel drive is reasonable for the size car it is. The CR-V is an excellent car to begin with and great fuel econ for an AWD vehicle... If you get the one with the k series (k24 I believe) that's even better. You usually cannot go wrong with a honda that has been taken care of reasonably

Yes, it is a good car. There are no problems with the car. i have never heard of one breaking down or having any problems. I have never seen one in a junk yard. These cars can easily last over 200,000 miles without any history of engine problems. The Honda CR-V is hard to find for a cheap price because it has a high resale value and it is wanted by many people because it is an AWD SUV with very good gas mileage.
