Default Disable Factory Alarm + Honda Civic 1997 LX - Problems?

My alarm never has seemed to work and I couldnt never set it to work. Anyways, they just put in a new aftermarket alarm which I love. Now 2 days later, I went to get something from my car and my factory alarm goes off (horn beeping). It's pissing me off. How do I disable the factory alarm and/or will that messup the aftermarket alarm I had put in. I wonder why the didn't disable the factory like I had mentioned to them.Ideas?Oh and the remote(s) for my factory alarm aren't responding or I would just unlock it from there also.

Default

you need to go to the honda dealer.....factory alarms are wired into alot of the electrical systems....hard to bypass unless you have a wiring diagram....
